Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

You are eligible for a 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.

• Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online at the website, http://www.proteco-uk.com.

• Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee  is limited to up to 24 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, good or service and must be delivered to the same address.

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee does not apply to any sale items.

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee does not include post-boxes

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee does not include intercoms

• The 100% Can’t Buy Cheaper refund guarantee is for products that are new and not damaged;
